Can I build sites with Sitebuilder Plus on an iPad?

Hi

I use SiteBuilder Plus for all my sites (and prefer it so no intention to change).

I am considering downsizing from a desktop iMac and MacBook Air laptop but first I need to ensure the things I do most are able to be done on an iPad, such as my online photo albums and my Homestead website building.

I have never actually used an iPad - ever - so I don't know what their limitations are compared to a laptop or desktop. (Aside from storage being the obvious one!)

I did a few key word searches first but mostly got results about viewing sites on an iPad.

My question is specifically - can I build/edit/publish etc my existing sites in Sitebuilder Plus on an iPad? 

Is the usability/view/functionality identical or different to to a desktop & laptop?
