How can I transfer ownership of my website to a new owner

Each time I try to save an existing page under a new name using the "save as" function so that I can keep the same menu items as existing pages rather than start from scratch, I receive an error message that Sitebuilder has "changed" and it needs to close. Please advise.

I am looking to start building another website, I do not have time to waist dealing with Homestead. This issue they are having will result in huge amount of lost revenues.    A simple site is all I need. Then I can pull the plug with Homestead.   Thanks,
