I'm trying to install new DNS records but it seems like the ones that contain underscores are producing an error. Is there a way to have these added?

Most hits at our domain egyptcc.org  are redirected from the parent domain  egyptucc.org, which leads us to believe that we're missing a lot of direct hits. Is there a way of eliminating that parent domain so that our current domain stands alone, but that won't damage our current domain?&

I want to add a discount code for just certain products if a customer purchases two. I know how to add the code, but in doing so, it's applied at checkout for ALL the products. Is there a way I can get the discount to apply to only certain products?

Anyone else notice their stats aren't working properly? Since February 4 the stats we are showing is drastically lower than they have ever been in the last five years.
