Redirecting one website to different site

We have two different websites, rosemountarts.com and secondactplayers.com. The Second Act Players (SAP) is part of the Rosemount Area Arts Council (RAAC). Instead of maintaining both sites, we want people to be redirected to the RAAC website if they go to secondactplayers.com. We have a separate page for SAP on the RAAC website, so ideally people would be directed to the SAP page within the RAAC website. How can we do that?

For example, I type in secondactplayers.com. I currently go to the Main page of the SAP website.  I want it changed so that instead of going to secondactplayers.com, it takes me automatically to rosemountarts.com (or preferably to rosemountarts.com/second-act-players.)

Is this possible?
