Does the PDF contain a blog post or are you trying to add a downloadable PDF to an existing post?

The PDF contains an excel table and a blog post. I can copy and paste the article fine, but I need the table. It's 1 file.

I see. There isn't a way to upload a PDF to a blog like that. You'll need to create an image of the table in order to upload it.
