Google “Duplicate without user-selected canonical"

Well, I have installed the canonical tags to all the pages on my website and still the problem is not fixed. After having my site indexed by Google it came back as "duplicate without user-selected canonical". 

And again, I got on the phone with a Homestead tech and after about an hour on the phone still no answers on how to fix this problem, as matter of fact he really didn't know what I was talking about, so frustrating I have putt so much work and effort into this website, at this point I am seriously thing about starting all over again with a different platform.

Anybody out there having the same problem?
