Anybody know how to fix the page speed for either desk top or mobile?

Google search console has been telling us our page speed is / LCP issue: longer than 4s (mobile) and

Need improvement
INP issue: longer than 200ms (mobile)
  so overwhelming this stuff. You fix one thing 5 others things gets flagged.

What's the url? What publishing program do you use?

Reduce image sizes.
