WHAT VERSION OF ROUNDCUBE DO YOU USE? EMAIL ISSUE BLANK PAGE AFTER TO AND FROM - KNOWN BUG WAS FIXED WITH ROUNDCUBE
I have a known issue that I cannot seem to get assistance on regarding a blank page on my emails. I contacted Roundcube and they say that is a know bug that was fixed on Roundcube's end. What version is Homestead using? Has it been updated. It would be nice if someone that knows something could help me with this.
The problem has even been duplicated on your end at Homestead. I've been sent the screenshots. I've gotten absolutely no help from Homestead tech support other than 'we don't help with printing issues'. It's not a printer issue. The fault is in the code. This just started happening a month or so ago. When Rep see the problem also and takes it to the higher up tech supports, they come back and advise they can't help.
I need someone out there to help with this.
