SPAM has gone wild
Hello. I am so sick of spam and the non user friendly roundcube platform for emails. I got 325....yes 325 SPAM emails over night. WHY do I even have this email platform? Do I need it in order to use homestead website manager? I hate it. I have put filters in place but C0stc0 becomes C0stco and forth so the filter is useless and the SPAM pours in every single day. Why isn't there just an icon to click that says "mark as spam" I am so over this. So now that Ive vented..... I'm ready just to move my important (one or two a week) emails over to Gmail and cancel this email that I assume I'm paying for, I hate it so much, I can't get a straight answer from customer support but can I cancel the emails and just have the web building platform? What a waste of money.

I reported this a month or so ago and here is a link to the ensuing thread. Very frustrating!!

Hi Good Day!
We apologize for the experience you’ve had with the RoundCube spam filter. If you decide to move your email directly to Google, you can still continue using Homestead as your web host. Please note that most of our hosting packages already include RoundCube webmail at no additional cost.

having the same issue! working with IT professional to do something different. Been with these folks for over 10 years and it's gotten really bad all around. Unfortunate they don't seem to care about the business so taking elsewhere.

Same problem. I am disappointed that their responses to this have been copy/pasted form letters rather than personalized responses. This isn't an end-user issue...this is a software and/or server issue that needs to be addressed on their end.

I've been with them since they switched over to Roundcube and there has never been a spam issue. So, something changed on their end.
I wonder if we should start forwarding all the emails to support?!
