Emails keep bouncing back as many others are posting about. Also when customers submit a form submission on my website they are not coming
For the past month most times I try replying to a customers email it bounces back. Also my main method of doing business with new customers is through a form submission from my website. I found out many of those are not being delivered to my email account as well. I've had homestead accounts for many years and never had these issues until recently.

Hello,
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to help. I checked the server logs and found the error is unauthenticated email, in most cases this is caused by incorrect DNS settings. I was able to update DNS for the domain which should resolve the bounce back messages you have been receiving.
Form notifications from you site are sent via email and logged in the editor. This allows you the opportunity to check the builder for any messages that might not have been delivered. Can you provide an example of a form notification that shows up in the editor, but was not delivered?
You can access the form submission in the editor by selecting Manage / Form Submissions from the menu.
