E-mails are not going through

many of our emails are not going through. It has been going on for couple months now, and it/s making running business really hard. 

Please advise

Are these gmail accounts that are rejecting your emails?  Gmail has started requiring SPF or DKIM authentication: 

https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126?hl=en

To set up SPF, go to your domain advanced DNS settings and have your TXT record look like below, which is explained in homestead's email setup

v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 include:websitewelcome.com ?all

I am giving the team any information I hear from you all here on Community regarding this issue. I do know that there is a ticket specifically for the SB+ form issue, but I still don't have any update on this, unfortunately.
