Widgets Broken

HTML/Widgets on my sites are broken. Doesn't matter where they originate, they are all broken. Help?

Have you tried rebuilding them or are you looking for a reboot solution?

No I haven't tried rebuilding them. If that is the solution, I'd like to be told that -- Homestead should be ahead of this issue, if that's the case. I'd also like to know why they all broke.

Sites won't even load at all on Microsoft Edge. Chrome, the sites load but the widgets do not.
