Form data not being forwarded to email on file

Hello, 

We have been registering patrons on our forms for quite a long time and all of a sudden the form data was not being forwarded to our email. 

I went in and made changes and the system saved our old data and created a new data file. When I tested the system, it worked again. Was this the FIX that I needed or is there something else that I need to do???????????
