Creating a popup

I'm pretty new with site building, so this may be a dumb question.
We will be raising prices in the next couple months, so I wanted to try to create a popup that will open to display what the new prices will be and when they will go into effect. Is there a way to do this? Well...a way a newby can do it? LoL

Using the Websitebuilder.
The website is http://www.howl-a-dayresort.comI'm no sure if there is a URL behind the domain name. As I said, I'm really new with all this.

@elizabeth3874 Your website is not secure.

http://www.howl-a-dayresort.com/ is your url.

You can SSL your Sitebuilder Plus website by following this article:
Can I Secure My Homestead Website With HTTPS?
https://community.homestead.com/conversations/sitebuilder-plus/can-i-secure-my-homestead-website-with-https/5f2a9b1658180958845a60de

To create a pop-up image on your Homestead website, you can use the SiteBuilder editor to insert an image, then link it to a separate "pop-up" page where the enlarged image is displayed; essentially creating a clickable image that opens a new window with the full-sized version when clicked on

Create an image using lunapic.com.

Google: "how to create a pop up image on my website"

Well, thanks for trying to help, anyway.
As I said, I am a total newby at this. I tried to follow the instructions, but they all assumed that you knew what you were doing and what they were talking about already, and I got in a twisted up maze...Totally lost.

@elizabeth3874http://www.howl-a-dayresort.com/ looks like a SB+ website.

Use the SiteBuilder editor to insert an image. Create another enlarged image. Link the first image to the second image in a new window.

Checkout the SB+ editor. There may be options listed under "more".
