Yahoo email not being received, with attachments

Now the email decides that it won't send to yahoo accounts, if an attachment is present.  A message that just says 'test' went through.  The messages do not bounce back, like they did with gmail.  Now what gives?  The problems with these email deliveries is getting old and unacceptable.  Tech support - PLEASE FIX THIS.
