Website not working; Cloudflare says timed out due to host

Please give me an update on when my website and emails are going to work.  I can't run our business this way.  Customers can't access our website or have emails delivered to us.  What is going on?  You charge everyone so much money to host their websites but can't service us right away?  This has been ongoing recently.

Contact your hosting provider letting them know your web server is not completing requests. An Error 522 means that the request was able to connect to your web server, but that the request didn't finish. The most likely cause is that something on your server is hogging resources.
