Webmail Server

I am having problems with people emailing me and I keep asking them to stop but they keep on. How can I block Them? I checked on RoundCube but there is no place to block these people. I pay for my domain and should have more control over unwanted emails sent to me. Providing me with a generic email account is very unprofessional considering your fees keep rising.
