Support

How do we get better Technical Support?

I have called Technical Support 4 times this week...and 3 times today...and no answer. Right now I am on hold 21 minutes...and still holding. This is ridiculous, I have been a homestead client for over 10 years and this is the worst customer service I have had to deal with ever. 

As I am writing this comment, someone jus hung up the technical support line...without answering...23 minutes and now I have to call back. AGAIN!

I am simply forwarding my email to google because ROUNDCUBE's  email system sucks.
