Still waiting (for 3 months!) for an .org domain to go live

I created a website for a nonprofit and purchased a .org domain.  I received the Verification Required email and followed the link on 2 occasions but could never verify the site.  I've sent additional emails asking for assistance and receive instructions that don't help.  I've set up a website before so I'm not totally ignorant about this.  Seems to be a glitch somewhere.  Given that I've been paying for the domain for 3 months, I'd like people to be able to access it!
