Spam issue is unexceptable
I have been a customer for over 20 years and never had an issue with spam emails. The past several months have been horrific. I have called support several times with no real help. I never receive the follow ups from support that I am told will follow. The filters don't work. We are trying to run businesses here and having to sort through the spam to find customer's emails and orders is not something we should need to be doing. The volume of spam that comes in is also using up all my storage and I have to go and clear it out throughout the day. There are days that a hundred emails can come through. I even am paying for extra storage on my main account. I shouldn't be paying for this extra storage for my business when all this spam is using it up.
I can't understand in this day and age why we are getting all this spam and why it can't be stopped?
