Spam Email Problems
Is anyone else having trouble lately with our spam filters not catching a lot of the spam email such as Walmart, Lowe's, Omaha Steaks, BlueCross, Ace, Kroger, Sams Club, Verizon, Marriot. I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can think of right now. It seems excessive lately.

Hello, Good Day!
For spam emails, our recommendation in Homestead is to first scan all devices you have used to log in to your email, ensuring there are no viruses. Once the scan is complete, please change all your email passwords.
If you are using RoundCube, you may also add filters through the link provided. Additionally, you can set up DKIM or DMARC records via Cloudflare, which is a third‑party platform and requires your authorization.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, the final option is to upgrade your email to a business‑grade service such as Google Workspace, which offers stricter filtering. Please note that spam can occur in Homestead because it is a shared hosting environment.
To further assist you, kindly contact us at Phone Support: 1-800-710-1998.
Thank you

Yes! We have been getting so much spam over the last few days, from those brands that you listed, that we can barely keep up. What is going on?!
