SETUP OUTLOOK 365 FOR MAC

Actually I am needing imap help.  

Called tech support 2x.  No help other than telling me to go talk to Microsoft or sending me to MS tech documents that don't apply to my situation.  

All other emails work fine on outlook.  Seems more likely that the issue is with Homestead and their old tech or at least old tech documents as all the tech support documents are 5 years old.

Might need to look for another host provider, this is rough.

In some cases, the issue may be related to the SSL/encryption settings. You can start by using the recommended secure settings below:

IMAP Settings (SSL Enabled)
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): imap.homestead.com
Incoming Port: 993
SSL/Encryption: ON

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.homestead.com
Outgoing Port: 465
SSL/Encryption: ON

If You're Experiencing Issues

If email is still not working properly, try disabling SSL/encryption and using the following ports instead:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): imap.homestead.com
Incoming Port: 143
SSL/Encryption: OFF

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.homestead.com
Outgoing Port: 587
SSL/Encryption: OFF

After making the changes, save your settings and test sending and receiving emails again.
