I hope this can get me relief - I don;t know how to get help. My Roundcube mailbox indicated it was 98% full. I deleted every mail box, including junk and trash, now i get the messaged it is 100% full, and I am not receiving email. Can anyone help me or get me the contact with service?

Hello Good Day!

If you are referring to the email address ‘hutch,’ please also ensure that you have deleted the message from your Trash folder. When a message remains stored in Trash, it can consume space and cause your quota disk to appear full.

It can also be your sent mail that is taking up a lot of space especially if you have attached files. That eats up space fast.

Does anyone from Homestead email support read these emails? I now have gone a week since I was told my relatively empty mailbox is full, and I am not receiving any emails. This is a business, and I can't stand this!!!!

I replied and advised you to make sure you also delete the emails in your Trash folder. When I checked, you still had a large number of messages stored there. Deleting emails only from the inbox will not free up space unless they are also removed from the Trash folder.

Please also review your attachments, as large files can quickly consume your mailbox storage. The regular RoundCube mailbox has a limit of 500 MB, so attachments play a big role in reaching full capacity.

If you need more space, you may consider upgrading your disk quota.

In case you missed please see the SS of my response to your inquiry.
