Receiving reported error (0x800CCC1A): Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified.

This message started popping up in desktop outlook app for my Webmail email I have through homestead. I also get a "please sign in" message in my android outlook app. 

I have tried a few different solutions available online including changing the password and resetting both apps. It seems as though once I restart the phone app/desktop app works fine for a period of time (both send and receive) then I get an error.  What is the solution? 

"Receiving reported error (0x800CCC1A): Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance."
