Receive emails but cannot reply or send emails

When I want to send an email to anyone, I prepare it and send it and I copy my personal email and bcc my homestead email. The person does not receive the email, my personal email does not receive the email but my bcc email arrives.

This even happens when I reply to a person's email. Same thing. I cannot use this email and I get people annoyed for not responding.

How can this be fixed?

I'm not sure what kind of authorization you want. My name is Gail Lanktree. My married name I sometimes use is Gail Duquette. My username for signing in is GailDuquette. I am the sole user of the account for setting and updating the website, and the email and the monthly auto-payment comes off of my card.

We receive emails but when I reply, the emails do not get to the persons the email is intended for.

Thank you.

I am the only user for our website and email. I set up the website and update it when required. I try to answer emails but I end up copying and pasting the emails to either my personal one or my husband's personal email to answer. And, personally, I do not like doing that especially when we have an email. My name is Gail Lanktree. For the business people know me as Gail Duquette (we are in a small town and wives are supposed to take their husband's name). I sign on homestead as GailDuquette. I pay the invoices with my MasterCard.

Please, please help us. To be honest, this has been happening for years and I have never remembered to try to contact you.

Hi,

We have corrected the DNS records for your email and disabled the spell‑check setting that was causing errors when replying. Thank you
