Questions concerning email

1 - Can someone tell me how to add my emails to my Microsoft email outlook account? 

2 - It's been awhile since I have logged into my Roundcube Webmail email, and because of that I forgot my password and username. Can someone help me with that as well, I would greatly appreciate anyone's help in both matters.
