POP Email Setup: Outlook 2011- Mac OS X

If you aren't sure of the difference between POP and IMAP and why you would use one or the other, please click here.

1. Open Outlook and go to the Tools menu and click on Accounts.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on E-mail Account
   
   
   
   
3. Fill out the settings as follows, using your own email address and password.
   Make sure to check Override default port and Use SSL on both the incoming and outgoing
   Incoming settings:
   Server: pop.homestead.com
   Port: 995 
   Outgoing settings:
   Server: smtp.homestead.com
   Port: 465
   Click Add Account
   
   
   
   
4. Click on More options.
   
   
   
   
5. Again, fill the information out as follows and click Ok. You're done!
