Only receiving emails to junk folder, not any "real" emails to inbox.

We have four email accounts, but only two are working. The two that are not receiving emails (except for "junk" emails) are rose@imagesandwordsgraphics.com and info@imagesandwordsgraphics.com. Please help. Thank you!
