not receiving email from an email adress

We are not receiving emails from @oracle.com domain website. Can you whitelist the address? the emails that are being sent to trafficphil@wtidi.com are not coming through and not going to spam either.

I don't see anything on our end that would prevent emails from this address from being delivered. Are they getting any kind of error message when trying to send to you?

they said they are not receiving any bouncebacks. Can you check if any blocks coming from transportation@boscovs.com?

today there was another one that we didnt receive from transportation@boscovs.com - however, the email address this was suppose to go to was trafficont@wtidi.com. so it is a different email address of ours that isnt getting them as well now
