No longer receiving emails to my domain account

I have cleared the space. It was initially at 100%. I deleted over 5000 emails from trash.

I'm now at 14% space used. I closed out and logged back on and still no new emails.
I've sent myself two test emails from another account and... nada. LOL
Any suggestions?
