We deleted most emails from all boxes including trash and spam and we are still getting this error.

Hello,
Are you deleting the emails directly from Roundcube or from an email client like Outlook? I can still see the content in Roundcube.

It was probably just on Outlook. Do I need to delete them from Roundcube as well?
