I have this message with so many of the emails I send (Maybe only gmail recipients? not sure) Please help!

Is the SPF record same for everyone across the board (see below): or is this for a specific domain/site?

v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 -all

Hello,

The bounce back message provided is caused by incorrect DNS settings. I correct the SPF DNS record for your domain which should resolve the error.

Please test sending this email again and let us know if you continue to receive this bounce back error.

Hello Rick0595,

I have updated the SPF for your domain. Can you try once more and let us know if you continue to receive bouncebacks when delivering to Gmail addresses?

This is ridiculous. So much business being lost. Ever since the merger or buyout by web.com. Time to switch

Any bouncebacks from Gmail should be resolved and that should not continue to deliver. However, it is very possible that you may still receive a bounceback when delivering to any Outlook or Microsoft related email services. We do sincerely apologize for this ongoing issue, but please be assured that our engineers to continue to work on resolving this specific issue, and we will certainly provide an update here when that has been completed.

@todd_h This is happening for me as well.  Is there something from your end that can be done as a whole rather than for each individual.

Very frustrating and not trustworthy email service.  I don't know whether the email has gone through or not and for a small business that is crucial.

Hello Curtis9092,

I have updated the TXT record for all of the domains in your account to what it should be. Can you try resending once more on your end to see if the bounceback delivers again?

@todd_h Our emails have been getting bounced back and we're getting the message: The sender must authenticate with at least one of SPF or DKIM. Our sites are wtsa2.com, absolutelybeachy.com, absolutelybeachie.com, twf4cc26.com and wtsa29673.com and their' DNS needs something to the equivalent of

[domain] IN TXT v=spf1 mx ip4:[corpIP] include:mktomail.com ~all.

Thanks, Todd

@todd.h @elyzabethv - I just tested my email and the outbound is still not working. I am able to receive emails though that are inbound. Can someone help with the properly coding that's needed so it'll pass security? Thanks
