Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

I am getting this message for EVERY email I send and it is getting to be a real problem.

Can you please fix this?

Hello,

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.

Is the SPF record same for everyone across the board (see below): or is this for a specific domain/site?
