Is there an Exchange or CalDAV option for mobile sync?

I use Outlook on my desktop for my email account which comes with a calendar. I would like to sync my calendar to my iPhone, but because the homestead email is an imap account it won't allow calendar sync. Is there an option for an exchange or CalDAV set-up instead of imap, which will push calendar sync?
