Is there actually any help from Homestead?

Is there anyone who actually supports Homestead? Sure would be nice to get a response for critical questions.

This site has been abandoned for all practical purposes. If there is a major league screw-up, "they" will get on here and address the issue eventually.

I generally call their help number before I post here as I find a quicker resolution to the current issue.

My experience is that there isn't. I don't think that they actually care one way or the other.
