Internal emails not working

We can receive emails from outside sources such as GMail, AOL, Yahoo, Etc. however, when we send emails within our website group they are not being received.

I have also noticed (for the last week) that response letters that contained the customer plus me were not going to my inbox. I could move them from the sent folder but never got the copy sent to me.

Hello, 

Can you correct your TXT SPF record to read: 

v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 include:websitewelcome.com ?all

 

This should resolve this issue.

@elyzabethv​ I called on Tuesday, they corrected the problem. The DNS needed an update.
