IMAP Email Setup: Edison Email

If you aren't sure of the difference between POP and IMAP and why you would use one or the other, please click here.

1. The first screen is actually 3 pages, you can choose Next to go through them and get the info or Skip:
   
   
   
   
2. Choose Other:
   
   
   
   
3. Input your email address and password, then turn on Advanced Settings:
   
   
   
   
4. Input the following information:
   
   Incoming:
   Hostname- imap.homestead.com
   Username- full email address
   Password
   Port- 993
   
   Outgoing:
   Hostname- smtp.homestead.com
   Username- full email address
   Password
   Port- 465
   
   Click Login in the top right corner:
   
   
   
   
   
   You can now see your email in Edison Mail App!!
