Image material used without permission

I have received an email from COPYTRACK.COM.  It says that I might be using an image without permission.  The image they are referring to is the one that was created using one of the templates offered by Homestead.  I'm not sure if this is spam or a real problem.  Who can I forward this email to at Homestead to verify if this is a real problem or not?
