how to get Google Workspace account for the user sher.johnsonar1@gmail.com and domain nspfamily.com

our domain/email accounts under @nspfamily.com will not go through any receiver for gmail acocunts and require us to add SPF record at your domain provider, which is Homestead. Please advise how to do this so we don't get error SMTP error 550-5.7.26
