How do I move an email account from Homestead to Google Workspace?

Hi,

I am trying to move an email address from Homestead Webmail to a Google Workspace reseller account. How do I do this?

When I went to transfer it to the Workspace side, it said 'This domain is already registered with another reseller. You can only transfer this customer.'

But in our Homestead account, it says 'No Google Workspace account found for the user'

Where do I go to initiate the transfer?
