HELP! Can't Send E-mails!!! URGENT!!!

Can receive messages but can not send them on either of the three E-mail accounts we are using.

THIS IS URGENT!

What should the setting be for POP3?

Need this fixed ASAP!

Have changed password already and tried multiple settings and still nothing works!

Same boat here. All of our company accounts are receiving, but not sending emails. We've tried to send directly from roundcube, apart from Outlook, and still no luck.

Same problem here. We are able to receive emails, but not able to send. Wondering if it was an outlook/sync/password problem, we tried sending tests from Roundcube. No luck.

Same problem here.  We became aware of it about 2:00 pm CST on Sunday, Nov. 14.

Have had 3 phone calls with Tech Support.  On first call, I was told that it was absolutely a problem with encrypted passwords on all 5 of our devices on 3 different operating systems with POP and IMAP, even though none of our email configurations have changed for a very long time.

At the end of the 3rd support call, I was told Homestead has 77 open tickets since Friday on SMTP server issues, and they acknowledged the failure to send emails is an SMTP server problem.

@techwtr​ Were they able to provide you with any solutions?

Are they going to get it fixed?

It's becoming a real aggravation!

Last week I could send on a couple of my E-mails but one was not working.

Now, NON of them are sending from any device.

They did not give me any indication about when it might get fixed.  Just getting them to acknowledge that it was their issue was a challenge.

The first tech support person told me we had to change our email passwords on all of our accounts on 5 different devices on 3 different operating systems (iOS 16.7.12 on older iPad, ios 26.2 on newer iPad, and Mac OSx Tahoe 26.1).  Changing the password helped on one account for about 30 minutes, but now none will actually deliver an email after it is sent.  Starting during my 3rd phone call, emails now get stuck in an Outbox with no error message.

We probably have 20 emails that have been sent and are stuck in transit somewhere.

I had the same problem and solved it.  It turns out Homestead was requiring me to change my password on my homestead mail account. It hadn't been changed in a while. Once I did this I was able to set up my gmail account to send outgoing mail using my homestead mail (SMTP) as an alias.  I can't explain why it wasn't a problem with POP or why homestead never notified me that I should change my password.
