Gmail rejected email because it was not authenticated with either SPF or DKIM

This appears to be a common issue among users lately.  How long until it is rectified?  This is not something we can allow toi happen for any prolonged period of time, as we are needing to go back to an AOL email until it is fixed.  Why am I paying for services that are not working? Should we begin to search for a different provider?
