Gmail is having issues with emails from this provider

I do business with a lot of public entities, particularly school systems, and many of them use Google as their email provider.  Gmail will not accept emails from homestead/roundcube, stating it's on their spam list.  Can we get this fixed?  if not, I cannot continue to use this email address from this provider, will have to move it.
