Gmail Emails Continuously Bounced Back

When e-mailing a Gmail account, the e-mails always end up being bounced back to us. Why would this keep happening? Can we fix this problem? Our emails are at strutnmutt.com & thestrutnmutt.com.

The same happens with Hotmail as well.

Hello,
I was able to update the TXT record for one of your domains, however, I can see that the domain strutnmutt.com is pointing to Cloudflare.
You will need to log into your Cloudflare account, click the DNS tab, and then replace the TXT record with the following record:
v=spf1 ip4:66.96.128.0/18 -all

This should resolve all bouncebacks with Google. Regarding Outlook emails, our engineers are still working on completely resolving the issue when sending to any Microsoft or Outlook related emails, and are hoping this will be fully resolved soon. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.

@todd_h​ the same thing is happening with our domain (chiemseecastle.com).  How do we add this fix to our domain?  Every time we attempt to send an email to a gmail acocunt, they are bounced back.  Please help!

@todd_h​ I am having the same issue as others have posted about emails bouncing.  All emails I send from my business email to Gmail accounts are bounced back.  Can you help me with this please?  Thank you in advance.

Once the DNS is updated, it should be within a couple of hours but technically could take up to 24 hours.

If you are a Cloudflare client, you'll need to log on and update the TXT record with a new one. However, I'm not sure, if the new TXT record update is the same for all email clients.
