Gmail accounts not receiving emails

I understand how important it is to ensure that your emails are successfully delivered to Gmail recipients, and I apologize for the inconvenience this issue may be causing.

 

Upon reviewing your domain's DNS configuration, I noticed that the email-related DNS records are not set up correctly. Unfortunately, I'm unable to make the necessary changes because your domain's nameservers are currently managed through Wix.

 

To help improve email deliverability and ensure compliance with Gmail's sender requirements, please contact Wix and have them add or update the following DNS records. In particular, DKIM and DMARC records are required to help authenticate your emails and reduce the likelihood of messages being rejected or sent to spam.

 

Please provide the following records to Wix for configuration:

                      

 

 

DKIM Records

 

Type: CNAME

dkim._domainkey

 

Value:

cur.dkim.v.eigmail.net

 

 

 

DMARC Record

 

Type: TXT

Host:

_dmarc.pilatesbarre.com

 

Value:

v=DMARC1; p=none;

 

 

Once these records have been added and fully propagated, your email deliverability to Gmail and other major providers should improve significantly.
