Encrypted emails
Hello!
I would like to find out if it is possible to transfer my email DNS record to a secure email provider, such as Proton Mail, so that I could use the existing domain with their encryption services. If so, please let me know the steps that I would have to follow.
Also, any suggestions on other encrypted email providers would be appreciated...

Specifically, would I change my mail, email, or webmail A records to Proton Mail, or all 3 records? What about pop, imap, or smtp records?

This would depend entirely on what that company requires. We wouldn't be able to tell you what records to change, but if you need help updating records, I would be happy to help.
