Emails not sending

Having an issue with 2 of our email addresses not sending email. We are mostly having this issue when using Outlook, but also now having a problem sending a forward email using Roundcube. I am receiving the following error messages. 

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  brent@delkperformance.com
    host eig-east.smtp.a.cloudfilter.net [18.215.58.191]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

Having same issue with Outlook now I-phone not sending or receiving emails. Able to send emails via Roundcube but not practical.

I am having the same issue.   My email does work with Roundcube but not through an email client like Thunderbird.

Does anyone know why Homestead isn't helping us with this problem? They control all the settings in Roundcube, and it's still not working. 

This is for business emails; we pay a monthly fee, but cannot use it. This is ridiculous; they need to tell us what is going on and when it will be fixed.  

Does anyone know a company with better customer service?

Yes, this is a rather urgent matter especially for those of us who are using this for business E-mails.

I don't understand why only one of my E-mail addresses is having this issue either???
Please get it fixed ASAP homestead!

@brenda4839​ You have to change the SPF text line in DNS.  I have access to it in Wix.  Homestead sent me the new SPF tect line and now it works.   The line might be specific to your IP address but I am not sure.
