Emails from same domain not reaching each other

We've been having this issue since two days ago. My emails are going through sometimes but our other user can't send emails to me. We sit in the same office. We can't run a business this way. Please advise ASAP!

Hello Cris7703.

We apologize for the delayed response. The issue was caused by an incorrect SPF email record. I have updated the record which should resolve the issue.

I have double-checked email settings for your domain and everything is correct. I was also able to send an email from Jayme to Cris and the message arrived in the inbox.
