Emails aren't showing up

My emails aren't showing in my inbox/junk anywhere . I tried sending myself emails and they aren't coming through. I have had various emails sent to me today from different people as well that aren't showing up.

My email is not working either. All the folders are messed up - out of order, duplicated, missing emails - it's all over the place!

We have four email accounts; two are working fine, but the other two are only receiving junk emails and are not sending emails (even though they show in the sent folders).
