For us, this started around 2 pm CST Sunday, Dec. 14, with email showing as "sent" but not delivered. Late this morning (Dec. 15) outgoing email started getting stuck in our Outbox. And twice now we've gotten the error below. On my third call to Support today, they said they had 77 open tickets on SMTP server problems.
